LONDON'S BEST CHRISTMAS WINDOWS                       AND DECORATIONS

Beeing in London at Christmas time was truly a magical experience!!
I saw the city at its most dazzling....
From the wonderful imaginative window displays..
..the spectacular decorations ...
and the Christmas lights 
.... to.... iconic shops 
in a competition to create the biggest 'wow'!!!!!

CHRISTMAS COOKIES RECIPIES

 MELOMAKARONA
Greek tradition says that we have to bake some trays of melomakarona every year,just to smell Christmas..
Here is the best and easiest recipe
INGREDIENTS
1)120gr.olive oil
2)120gr.corn oil
3)80gr.natural orange juice
4)1 tablespoon orange zest
5)30gr.liquer
6)120gr.sugar
7)500gr.flour
8)honey
9)bakin powder
10) half teaspoon baking soda
11)100gr.walnuts
SYRUP
250gr.honey
250gr.sugar
250gr.water
 DIRECTIONS
In a bowl of an electric mixer beat the first 6 ingredients until light and fluffy,for two minutes.
In another bowl put the flour,the baking soda and the baking powder and add the first 6 ingredients you beat at the electric mixer.
Mix them all and shape balls.

Preheat the oven to 180 
Bake for about 15 minutes.
As soon as they are out,let them cool for at least 30 minutes and prepare the syrop.
SYROP
Boil the water with the sugar and the honey for about 5-6 minutes and pour the syrop over the melomakarona.
Crush the walnuts and add them on the malomakarona....

Christmas in Vienna is packed with fantastic things to see..

Christmas markets with traditional handmade decorations and Christmas handcrafts are awaiting you in front of Vienna City Hall ..It's a Viennese experience you'll definatelly  don't want to miss!!

Wonder around Piazza Navona which is full of Christmas stalls and buy souvenirs and candies..
Induldge yourself in Panettone,eat chestnuts from the street vendors,go skating and see some native scenes!

COPENHAGEN

Scandinavia's most fantastic city
Copenhagen is one of the cleanest and most metropolitan cities of Europe.There are a lot to see and do but here is a list of the most important things,when in Copenhagen..
-See Christiansborg Palace and watch the changing of the guards at Amalienborg castle!!
-Have a walk at the Nyhavn waterfront district with the multi-colored houses!!
-Drink a cold beer at the original bars of the metropolis with the comforting atmosphere and enjoy a pleasant evening with friends..!!
-Explore the canals and the pretty narrow streets!!
-Visit Tivoly gardens ,one of the most famous amusement parks in the world!!
-Enjoy window shopping along Stroget,Copenhagen's principal shopping boulevard!!
