Rome always has the power to surprise...
The best way to see the city is to walk, starting from piazza del Popolo ,where you can enjoy a rich breakfast at Rosati, famous for its tramezzini and sandwiches.
Walk along via Condotti, the most famous street of Rome which is equivalent to Milan's via Montenapoleone,Paris'rue Faubourg Saint Honore or London's Bond street.

The most famous cafe in Rome is Cafe Antico Greco . It was established at via dei Condotti 86 in 1760.The place is definitely worth a visit for its history!!
At via delle Vite , Life restaurant will serve you the best pasta with lobster......(you have to make a reservation)

Piazza Navona is surrounded by open air cafes. It's full of painters and street performers which make it one of Roman's famous Piazzas ,but also you have to get lost at the narrow streets at the left of piazza Navona to admire the beauty of the real Ancient Rome ..
If you are looking for the best espresso in Rome,I would suggest Sant'Eustachio cafe, without hesitation!! It's an ancient coffee shop located in the old town centre of Rome at the back of Pantheon..
If you feel tired, you can take an appetitive at piazza delle Pace ,a small square just off piazza Navona. It is known for the artists, writers and show business people that visit it..

Vatican is the smallest state in the world by both area and population.Within Vatican City are religious and cultural sites such as St.Peter's Basilica, the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican museums where there are some of the world 's most famous paintings and sculptures!!
I couldn't end this post without a reference to via Veneto, one of the most famous, elegant and expensive streets of Rome!!
In the 1950s and 60s via Veneto became internationally famous as the centre of dolce vita (the sweet life) , when its bars and restaurants attracted Hollywood stars and jet setters, such as Audrey Hepburn, Anita Ekberg, Gary Cooper,Coco Chanel etc....
