NEW YORK

             THE CITY THAT NEVER SLEEPS

When history meets hipness at a global center of entertainment,fashion,media and finance...then we talk about NEW YORK CITY!!!!!!
With historic streets of dignified brownstones and trendy bars and eateries, NYC has a lot to show..

 I stayed in the heart of the town at the Double Tree by Hilton with an amazing view from the 35th floor!!!!

I visited 
1)Times Square,the most frenetic part of  NYC with the flashing lights that most of the New Yorkers avoid but for me the chaotic mix of huge flashing digidal displays,the broadcasts,the naked American painted women ect ,were all a new amazing experience!!

2)The Memorial where the Twin Towers once stood..

3)The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum with its famous architecture and the fine collection of art!!

It's said that it is one of the greatest buildings of the 20th century!!

4)The Metropolitan Museum of Art
Two million works of art are representing 5000 years of history!!

5)The Central Park where you can find a spot to picnic,run,or just take in the greenery,especially on a sunny day..

6)The Grand Central Terminal which is the world's largest and busiest railway station!!

7)The Statue of Liberty and Ellis island which was the first glimpse of America for millions of immigrants..

8)The Empire State Building which is recognizable worldwide as it is a symbol for NYC

 The views of the city from the 86th-floor deck are spectacular!!!!

9)I did some shopping at the famous 5th Avenue..

 

10)By Cruising,I was provided a first hand view of the historic and scenic shoreline..

.....and many more that the city has to offer....

I left my heart in NYC..

The city that pulses with an irrepressible energy!!
