THE AMAZING CITY

When I first visited Pague it was like a dream..

With fairy tale features and a unique,magical city style,it's the perfect travel destination!!

Starting from the old town,avoiding 'tourist traps' and finding hidden gems that only locals know about.....

The astronomical clock in the heart of the old town square,the churches and the cobble stone side streets are so charming that noone can resist to walk around...

I tried to explore the narrow streets away from the centre and I was carried away from the amazing scenery especially at the sunset hours!!

And then the Charles bridge...

It's a historical stone bridge from the 15th century with an awesome architecture,lined with statues.Have a walk and enjoy the magical,fairy tale ambience!!

One of the best views of bridge is at night from the downstream bridge,with wonderful views of Charles bridge and Prague Castle..

Is also stunning inside out.

Stroll around and take as many photos as you can admiring  the breath taking view of the city!!

I went with a tour guide who explained the castle's history and this was well worth the extra cost..

Within the grounds of the castle is the mysterious Golden Lane..

According to the legend, alchemists had to look on this street to finf a reaction to turn ordinary materials into gold....

But it is debated whether alchemists ever worked or lived there......

 TIPS

-There are a lot of hidden pubs where locals hang out ..

-Never change money on the street..

-Try the Czech cuisine and local famous beer..

-Cruise on the river Vltava..

-Watch the changing of the guard..

-Buy Czech crystals..

Take a day trip to Karlovy Vary,the town which is famous for its hot springs and the warm water!!

It 's the most visited spa town in the Czech Republic.
